Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow extra time during peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or sales events.

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, missing, or shows as "delivered" but you haven’t received it:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. However, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.
